Product Description

This pizza stone is ideal for use on the Carri Chef 40, but can also be used on other gas and electric barbecues and in electric ovens.

The 12 mm thick pizza stone has a heat distributor for optimal (oven) performance and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C.

The stone is made of heat-resistant cordierite, which draws moisture from the dough. The result: a tasty crispy pizza crust!

Besides baking pizza, this pizza stone is also perfect for baking bread, focaccia or croissants.

Includes handy storage bag.

Cooking surface: ø 33cm

TIP: simply clean the pizza stone with a dry cloth and do not use detergent and water.
