Elan is a passionate ski manufacturer in Alphen, Slovenia, with 75 years of experience in manufacturing the best skis in the world, innovating for decades for one simple purpose – to make the skiing experience better for everyone, from beginner to expert - we challenge ourselves to design the best performance, highest quality, state of the art products for friends and family to enjoy great days on the mountains. It is with this uncommon valor that we have committed our brand to this one goal, and to deliver on our promise to make everyday the best day on snow for Elan skiers. On September 24, 1945, Elan was founded by Rudi Finžgar, a ski jumper. After only one year, Elan is already present at trade fairs, opens its first store and begins exporting skis to the United States. In the 1970s, the name recognition suddenly grows, when Swedish skiing great Ingemar Stenmark wins the Alpine Ski World Cup in 3 consecutive years on skis made by Elan. Two decades later, the company changes the ski industry by marketing its parabolic skis.

Voyager

The secret of the Voyager is Elan’s revolutionary Connect Technology which uses a four-axis mechanism that bonds and seals the ski together at the folding joint. This combines with a carbon-reinforced fusion plate that serves as a load-bearing platform for support. The two components work together to provide rigidity to the ski for superior performance, but also allow the ski to fold into a compact, easy to transport package.

Handcrafted in the Slovenian Alps - the Voyager boasts Elan’s unique Amphibio technology - a revolutionary ski design that integrates both rocker and camber profiles into dedicated left and right skis. The cambered inside edge assures precision, edge grip and stability - while a rockered outside edge is forgiving and makes for buttery smooth transitions. Finally, the laminated woodcore, Titanium reinforcement, Carbon box and RST guarantee maximum hold from tip to tail.

Amphibio technology is a revolutionary design that integrates both rocker and camber profiles into dedicated left and right skis. Amphibio ski feature a cambered inside edge assuring precision, edge, grip and stability - whuke a rocker ed outside edge provides forgiveness, turining ease and smooth transitions.
